La casa di Antonietta is a lovely 6-bed vacation home for rent in San Foca, the most famous of Melendugno`s marinas along the Adriatic coast. The house is located less than 700 mt from the sea.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, outdoor shower, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Pets allowed.

La casa di Antonietta is an independent and autonomous solution, located in a residential area of the marina of Melendugno.
The house has a small shaded entrance veranda furnished with a small table and chairs. At the back, there is also a paved garden, equipped with a wash basin, outdoor shower and relaxation corner.
The interior of theLa casa di Antonietta is simple and cozy. The veranda leads into a living room furnished with table and chairs, TV, double sofa bed and refrigerator.
An air-conditioned hallway provides access to both the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 full shower room, and the kitchenette from which there is access to the small garden.

San Foca is one of the most lively seaside tourist destinations in the province of Lecce, one of the most popular seaside resorts for vacations in Salento on the Adriatic coast.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
