Villetta delle More is a lovely cottage with a large garden and equipped outdoor spaces, for rent in San Foca, marina of Melendugno, for vacations on the beaches of the Salento Adriatic.

A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 with French bed. Completing the cottage is 1 shower room.

Villetta delle More is located in San Foca, marina of Melendugno, which stretches with its beautiful beaches along the Adriatic coast of Salento.
The area of the vacation home is quiet and residential. The sea, promenade, beaches and tower are about 800 meters away.
San Foca is one of Melendugno`s liveliest marinas, award-winning for its accessible beaches, services, crystal clear sea and clean sand.
From San Foca you can easily reach other popular destinations for beach vacations in Salento, such as Torre dell`Orso, Roca and Torre Sant`Andrea.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning and TV only in the living room.
- Mosquito net is not in the bathroom and on the main door.
