Casa Dalla Zia is a modern holiday home in San Foca,

and it`s furnished in a basic style but with taste. This is Casa Dalla

outdoor area with pedestrian gate and another access for cars at the
back of the house. Moreover, at the back of the house, there is the
garage, the outdoor dining area and shower.
The holiday home consists of an open space with dining area and open kitchen, sleeping area with bathroom with shower and two bedrooms,
one of which is a double bedroom with crib and the other is a triple
bedroom with double bed and single bed. The washing machine is in the
garage.

Dalla Zia is near the centre of San Foca and its tourist harbor. The
seaside location is between Torre Specchia Ruggeri and Roca Vecchia, on
the Adriatic sea. The holiday home Casa Dalla Zia, near Melendugno, is
within walking distance from the sea and beach establishments.
The
closest beach establishment is Lido Li Marangi, less than 400 meters
away, while from the harbor of San Foca it is possible to reach the Baia
dei Turchi and visit the many caves on the Adriatic coast.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
