  • Newly renovated, this very large apartment is located on the Northbank of the Yarra River, opposite the Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex, Southbank and Melbourne Exhibition Convention Centre your apartment gives direct access to all that the Melbourne CBD has to offer.



    You'll have access to the entire property. The only exception being if it's locked, it's locked for a reason. Standard checkin is till 7pm. Late arrival can be arrange for a fee of $50.

    No parties. Maximum occupancy is 4 Quite time is from 9pm to 8am

    The easiest way to get around is on the free trams. The nearest tram stop is located a few metres from the entry to the building.

    Perfect for a weekend away with the girls or footy with the boys. Direct access to the CBD and over the bridge from the Crown Entertainment complex

    There is not reception, please contact to confirm arrival arrangements.

Perfect!

Loved it. When I arrived they were out of laundry detergent which was a tiny inconvenience and the pillows were far too soft for me, but otherwise the place was perfect for my needs. Super easy location, giant TV and a nice place.

We were travelling to Melb in a group of 4 for the long weekend. So glad and feel really lucky to find this apartment. Place was clean and comfortable. Location is right at the city hub, close to everything. Feel secure walking around. Although it was just on the ground floor, it wasn't noisy at all with the windows shut. Grant was really nice and helpful. Sharp service! Will definitely recommend this place. We will be back for sure.

It was a spacious room and suitable for 4 guests. We enjoyed the balcony as well . I would recommend that at least every 3 days , there a bit of clean up by a maid.All the essentials that we needed were there, so overall, i am a very satisfied custoer

Great location and accommodation for me and my two kids. We were able to walk to most things we wanted to do and having tram outside door and train station a 5 minute walk away were real bonus's. We arrived on a flight from NZ on a Saturday night when most would want to sit down and relax with a beer but Grant made it no hassle at all to come and greet us and show us around.......great week for us in Melbourne
