About this space
Jody’s ridge is an enchanting extremely large gabled homestead nestled into the side of a hill with sweeping views on 50 acres of bushland. It is an architecturally striking five bedroomed country residence, one of which is a separate self-contained apartment/flat which is included in your booking. This bedroom is wheelchair friendly.

The space
With its gabled roof, dormer windows, vast ceilings and walls of windows maximise the amazing views of the undulating hills of the Yarra Valley winelands. It has polished concrete aggregate floors in the open plan living area which contrasts with stunning timber floors in the reading and lounge rooms. The upstairs level has three double bedrooms, and a private parent retreat with a luxurious spa bath.

The house also has a 5 star kitchen with beautiful cabinetry, a wine cellar and a French fireplace. The outdoor alfresco patio is also a favourite place to enjoy all year round. The house has a minimum 1 night stay.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to all living areas of the house. The studio (granny flat) which sleeps two people is also at your disposal (this is wheelchair friendly). Ample parking space for vehicles. Please read our house rules. No parties or gatherings. If you wish to book for an event please let us know and we can assist you.

Your booking will be cancelled if you ignore our maximum 12 guests (children are included as guests) per the house. Before booking please read our house rules carefully. A bond of $1500 will be required before each rental to cover any damages or loss. This will be returned to you on completion of the booking.

A security deposit for this 5 star home is also required and is returned to you on completion of your booking once the cleaners have inspected and ensured there have been no damages. This is due 48 hours prior to your arrival. It can be paid via direct transfer or via credit card.
