Our light-filled two level country cottage offers sweeping valley views, a wood fireplace, and tranquil bushland surrounds, a perfect escape for couples, solo travellers, families and group of friends.

Located within a private estate, the cottage captures the best of country living while remaining just a short drive from Warrandyte Village and the Yarra Valley wineries.

GROUND LEVEL

KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, everything needed for easy home-style meals.

DINING: A cosy dining area for four overlooks leafy views

LIVING 1: A second sitting area with a wood fireplace offers an intimate spot for two. The sofa here also converts into a sofa bed, perfect for two extra guests.

BEDROOM: The bedroom features an ensuite with a queen bed, built-in wardrobes. The ensuite includes a walk in shower, vanity, and toilet.

PATIO: Step outside to your private front patio, furnished with a table and two chairs, where you can sip your morning coffee while overlooking the lush valley.

UPPER LEVEL

LIVING 2: Upstairs, the bright and spacious main living area is framed by full-height windows revealing sweeping valley and panoramic treetop views.

Enjoy the comfortable 4- seater lounge, Smart TV, reverse cycle heating/cooling, and direct access to the private wraparound deck, where you can savour morning coffee or sunset wine while surrounded by nature.

OUTDOOR: The cottage’s fenced patio and gated entry make it a safe haven for both kids and pets. Relax outdoors with views across the bushland, or stroll through the shared estate grounds with open paddocks, native trees, and peaceful walking trails.

LAUNDRY, BATHROOM & TOILET: A few steps outside, beside the parking space, up a short flight of stairs, you’ll find the laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, plus an extra shower and toilet with exclusive use.

PARKING: Guests can park directly beside the property, up to two cars, with easy driveway access leading straight to the cottage entrance.

FAMILY FRIENDLY: A portable cot, high chair, and children’s tableware are also available for use.

PRIVATE ENTRANCE: The cottage also features a private entrance, ensuring full independence and privacy throughout your stay.

While the host’s residence is attached to the cottage by walls, it is entirely separate. A locked internal door on the first floor connects the two dwellings but remains closed and non-accessible at all times, ensuring your stay is quiet and private.

Guests have exclusive use of a laundry room located just outside the cottage, equipped with a washer, dryer, shower, and separate toilet.

The garage, pool house, and pool area are not accessible to guests. The hosts’ two friendly dogs live in a fenced paddock beside the parking area . This space is not guest-accessible, but adds to the peaceful country charm of the estate.
