The Ginger House is a place for you to slow down, indulge in the sunny summer nostalgia, and let your heart be nourished in a quiet beach town. A place thoughtfully designed for good conversations with friends, bonding time with family by the pool, and watching your beloved pets playing in the backyard.

If you're craving some outdoor experiences, the town is also full of hidden gems such as the "one of a kind" bioluminescent kayaking, turtle night walks in the summer, sunset gazing on the beach and ziplining through the tress above animals at the zoo. In addition, we're only 50 minutes away from Disney World and some amazing freshwater springs that you can snorkel and spot manatees in their natural habitat.

Guest access
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with a code. The house is set up completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway closet and garage (other than washer and dryer).

Other things to note
The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, linen beddings, washer and dryer in-unit, Vietnamese specialty coffee from Nguyen Coffee Supply and brewing devices, pool with floaties and lounge chairs for all manner of sunbathing, outdoor firepit, board games, books, and smart TV that allows sign-in to your favorite subscriptions.

· Board games are underneath the TV and Spike ball set in the kitchen closet, next to all bowls/plates.
· Small table set up with monitor and headphone for remote working.
· The pool is being maintained on a weekly basis for you to enjoy. We have beach towels and portable lounge chairs if you want to head to the beach.
· The covered back patio is perfect for chilling and book reading.
· If extra parking is necessary for a boat/trailer/RV you may park parallel on the right side of the driveway.
· The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

We hope you can be respectful of our home and our belongings. Most of our furniture and home goods are secondhand / vintage that we sourced with care. A lot of time, effort and love has gone into making this space as comfortable as possible for you and we hope to share it for a long time coming.
