The apartment is on the 2nd floor overlooking the best street in the coolest precinct in Melbourne. Restaurants, bars, art galleries, and sporting events are close by. Public transport is 100 metres away. It's safe at night, and fun during the day.
Both bedrooms have queen beds with very comfy and quality mattresses and pillows.
Each bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The kitchen is well stocked with cookware if you decide to eat in. You're also surrounded with loads of dining out options all within walking distance. Thoughtfully designed with essential amenities, including a high-quality gas stove for cooking delicious meals, oven, and cooking utensils. There’s also a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher for your convenience. A Nespresso Essenza Automatic coffee machine is provided and uses Nespresso OriginalLine (Grand Cru) capsules. Please bring your own pods.
Bed linen and one towel per guest, plus starter pack of toilet paper, bathroom amenities and basic kitchen supplies are included to get you started on your stay!
LIVING/DINING INFORMATION: In this modern and cozy lounge, it has Air-conditioning and large TV where you can enjoy streaming your favorite movies from Netflix while relaxing on comfortable sofa.
Dining space includes seating for four.
BEDROOMS INFORMATION: In the bedroom you have a super comfortable queen mattress with pillows to match for a nice relaxing sleep.
BATHROOM INFORMATION: Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, soft towels, starter kit of toiletries and hairdryer for guests' use.
LAUNDRY INFORMATION: Washing machine, dryer, hangers, and iron are all available for guests use during the stay.

Key collection is from a shop nearby (Approximately 500 meters away). Please note that it is a separate location, just short walk from the apartment. - Body corporate rules and restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.
- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.
- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.
- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.
- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.
- ID is required to place your booking with us.
- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
- Please leave the property as you found it :)
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.
- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.
And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
