Pets:
The yard is fully fenced and we welcome dogs at our property. Very small dogs may be able to get out.
Trained dogs are welcome to stay inside, it is required you clean up after your pets. Please clean up and hair or droppings to avoid extra charges.

Beach:
The house is just over 700m to the beach. It takes about 7 mins to walk.

Schoolies:
We do accept schoolies bookings though a higher bond is charged.

Bookings:
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is 3pm check-in and 10am check out.
If available you can book and pay for a later check out or early check in via our online guests portal .

Secuity cameras:
Please note there are cameras at the front of the property for security purposes.

Bond:
If you do not have an average 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $500.
A bond will be also asked if the agent deems appropriate
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1000.
