Quiet Hours The building’s quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these hours to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.
Air Conditioning & Heating This apartment features 7-star energy settings. The master switch near the door controls the entire room's lights and air conditioning. To activate the air conditioning, switch on the master switch and then press the "Aircon Start" button for 10 seconds. The air conditioning will start working immediately.
Trash Disposal Trash and recycling bins are provided on each floor. Please dispose of your waste and recyclables in the designated bins.
Security For your safety, please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment. The building has secure entry systems, and we kindly ask that you do not allow unauthorized persons to enter the premises.
