There are several luggage storage options near our accommodation. The closest and most affordable one is 'Be My Guest', located just 50 metres from our property.
— Noise Policy —
We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate.
Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. This will also result in a serious fine.
— Keys and towels —
Please note: we provide one fob per guest group like any other apartments in Airbnb. We provide one set of towel per person per stay.
— Sofa bed —
Please note:
The listing is set up for a group of up to 3 guests. If you wish to add additional guests, please check with the host first. The sofa bed is available upon request and will only be prepared for groups of 4 to 5 guests. For bookings of 1 to 3 guests, the sofa bed will not be set up, and additional bedding will not be provided.
— Closet sliding doors —
Due to its design, the sliding door of the master bedroom closet only opens and closes halfway. While this may seem unusual at first, it does not affect your ability to hang or store clothes. This limitation is part of the current structure, but we are actively seeking a specialist to help improve it and make the closet easier to use. Thank you for your understanding.
— High-rise apartments —
As this is a high-rise apartment, you may occasionally hear ambient wind sounds during extreme weather conditions. This is a natural result of the building’s design and structure. If you are particularly sensitive to sound, we would recommend that you consider alternative accommodations, or at least prepare a set of earplugs just in case you need them during windy nights.
— Smart TV —
This apartment comes with a Smart TV with online streaming apps and channels. Please note this TV is not connected to free-to-air television and only supports online streaming services.

— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.
For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
