Lobby: Secure, electronic FOB entry via the Ezymart. Continue to the middle of the building and use the fob to access the elevators that will take you to your exclusive residence.

Entrance: Wide entry door with a shoe rack.

Living Area/ Dining Area: 3-seater fabric couch, a glass coffee table, 32” LCD TV to connect to Netflix, Prime and other streaming services.

Kitchen: Modern with a top-mounted fridge, toaster and kettle, Ariston dishwasher, stovetop and an Ariston fan forced oven. There are plenty of wine glasses, short glasses, bowls, plates, cutlery and a cork-screw.

Bathroom: Rubber with a sink, glass vanity mirrors that almost extends to the ceiling, and a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head.

Laundry: Modern European front loader washing machine and dryer.
