Due to Council regulations, lockboxes aren't longer permitted around the CBD and Southbank area, please keep this in mind before booking :)

Parking: The nearest place to park would be inside Melbourne Square

Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

- Check-in Cutoff Time: Guests are welcome to check in between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM on the booked day. Please be aware that check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM. Keys will be collected from a nearby convenience store, which closes at 11 PM.
