Our apartment is in a residential building. It is best suited to 4 guests but can sleep 6.

Your stay in this modern, contemporary apartment will allow you to enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer.

Located in the building`s west , this apartment offers CBD inner City and Docklands water views to the south and West including Port Phillip Bay, the Docklands, the Melbourne Star Wheel, the Bolt Bridge and the Westgate Bridge from the comfort of the master bedroom, lounge room and the balcony.

*The main bedroom has a top of the range soft plush pillow top queen size mattress sure to help even the lightest sleeper to have an excellent nights sleep, amazing views, built in robes and a private ensuite.

*Bedroom 2 has a king size zip bed which can convert into two King Single beds. Both bedrooms have portable evaporative cooling systems and heaters.

*There is also a 3 seater sofa bed (double bed) complete with a fold out foam topper mattress for extra comfort.

*Washing machine and dryer in the laundry cupboard with clothes washing liquid provided.

*Fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a microwave, conventional oven, cooktop, dishwasher with dishwashing products provided.

*Welcome starter gift pack includes bathroom & kitchen amenities: shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk.

*Block out blinds throughout the apartment.

*Close to everything – shops, museums, restaurants, cafes – and inside the free tram zone.

*Southern Cross Station is across the road, which makes getting to and from the airport easy.

*There is a luggage drop off in the Upper West Side Building complex for a small fee.

*You are walking distance to Marvel Stadium, if you`re in town for a game or an event.

*Enjoy views from the living room and the master bedroom through the full-length windows.

*2 x gyms, BBQ areas and 2 x indoor heated pools.



Guests may access the apartment on check in day by collecting keys from the lock box from 3pm onward.



The entire apartment is available to our guests private use. All our guests have access to the building`s indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Gym and BBQ recreation area. BBQ must be booked via your host. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

A short walk to Marvel Stadium for AFL and many other sporting and entertainment events. Very close to Southern Cross Station. Walking distance to the Docklands Precinct. Close to Crown Casino, the Aquarium and Southbank. For sports fans, a short train or tram ride will take you to the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Rod Laver Arena, and AAMI Park.



As an integral part of Melbourne’s unique laneway shopping culture with boundaries along Lonsdale, Little Bourke and Spencer Streets, this ground-floor retail precinct stands in the new and emerging ‘New York inspired’ heart of the CBD.

Sitting directly underneath four Upper West Side residential towers, home to 2,207 apartments, and opposite Southern Cross Station and the Spencer Street Outlets, this high-traffic thoroughfare benefits from existing retail, business, entertainment and residential precincts in its surrounds.

The site itself is rich in history, being Melbourne’s first power station built in the late 1880s. With its soaring high ceilings and possibly high trusses, the building was once known as the ‘coal economiser’, used to recycle coal materials for the power station.

At its peak, the station provided electricity for over half the city grid and generated enough hydraulic power to fuel all of Melbourne’s first lifts.

Today, the site has come to life as a go-to destination for the many residents and visitors alike as it continues to shape the city’s emerging café and food culture through high profile retail and restaurant collaborations that contribute to the surrounding urban fabric.

*Please be considerate to my neighbours - quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am.

*Make sure you print out all itinerary in case you do not have Wi Fi when you first arrive.

*If we are forced to drive to the property, due to guests not having read their instructions, there will be a $50 call out fee.

*LONG STAYS

All bookings for 21 nights must have a mid-stay service clean. Either a basic housekeeping for $180 or a full turnover clean including fresh linen and towels for $220.

Cleaning services for longer term bookings will be negotiated to allow for our team to periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property.



NB: Once the Welcome Gift Pack amenities run out, guests will need to purchase their own for the remainder of their stay.



If you would like to Hire a car space, we may be able to organise this at an additional small one off fee. Please let the team know at the time of making your reservation, to save any disappointment.

The location and facilities of the property were excellent. The apartment was relatively clean and in good condition with the exception of the portable air conditioner unit in the main bedroom - a big problem on one of the hottest Melbourne days of the year. It did not work and repeated communication with the property manager achieved nothing
