This beautifully styled 3 bedroom apartment with an extensive balcony that wraps itself from the bedrooms around to the dining area, creating the illusion that you have the whole Yarra to yourself. The peace and tranquility that is created by the river-facing aspect of this apartment make this a very desirable property to stay in whether it be a week, a month, or a year.

Getting Around:

~Secure the allocated parking lot with Tramlines out front of the building.

~Catch the 109 tram into the city which takes approximately 25 mins.

~Traveling up Victoria Street where you may wish to jump off and try one of the many restaurants and eateries, or continue on to see a show. These trams run approximately every 10 mins during peak times
