Please note that the pool at 1A Waterside is currently not operational due to ongoing maintenance. We are working to have this resolved as soon as possible.
To reflect this temporary inconvenience, the nightly rate has been reduced by 40%. The discounted price already takes the pool unavailability into consideration.

Amenities: > Level 8B: Pool, gym, steam room, spa, and sauna (5 AM - 11 PM). > Sign-in Required: You must sign in at concierge (Ground Floor) each time you use the amenities. > Pool Rules: Children must be supervised at all times, keep noise levels respectful, no glassware, and bring a towel and slippers. > Unauthorized Guests: May result in immediate cancellation of your booking.
Waste Disposal > Location: Level 1, past the lift and stairs, first door on the left labeled “Bin”. > Bin Chute: For general rubbish. > Green Bin: For recyclables (e.g., cardboard, plastic bottles).
House Rules & Additional Supplies > This is someone’s home—please treat it with respect and be mindful of the neighbors. > Basic essentials are provided, but if you need extras (toilet paper, coffee pods, etc.), Woolworths is located across the building. > Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of your booking. > Security is available 24/7 for a safe and respectful environment.
