》As per our House Rules, you will be issued with a $1000 fine if any evidence of smoking is found by housekeeping. This is separate to any other financial impact.
》Offenders in breach of either smoking or disposing anything from apartment windows will be reported to authorities and face a penalty of $9000 and prison term.
》We take this very seriously and have ZERO TOLERANCE for guests who put the lives of others at risk.

Jump off the tram at the National Gallery of Victoria (international collection) or the Arts Centre. On Sundays, browse the Arts Centre Market, held on along the footpaths to the river.

Roam the seemingly never-ending Royal Botanic Gardens, home to thousands of plant species and native wildlife. The gardens feature lakes, observatories, a Children's Garden, a rainforest walk, themed gardens and lawns.

On the edge of the Botanic Gardens in Kings Domain sits the striking Shrine of Remembrance, a war memorial to the fallen soldiers of Victoria. Climb to the balcony at the top for views of the city.

Explore the Domain Parklands that line St Kilda Road or while away the day on Alexandra and Queen Victoria gardens' manicured lawns surrounded by fountains, statues and even a colourful floral clock.

》Key Pickup from Key Exchange Service
City of Melbourne has very strict laws about the use of lockboxes. To avoid the risk of you realising your lockbox has been cut off as has been experienced by past guests, we have arranged for you to collect your key from a nearby Key Exchange Service located (750)m from your apartment. This is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. This ensures the most seamless arrival.

Please plan your arrival accordingly. Our guests generally choose to use Uber to collect the key and then continue on to the apartment. Uber is able to park outside the Key Exchange Service and wait for you.

NOTE: From time to time, there may be a change to this process for reasons outside our control e.g. road blocks, a sudden change in operating hours of the Key Exchange Service. This will be communicated to all affected guests in advance.

》We have a booking lead time 1 day in order to schedule housekeeping & check-in requirements for the following day. For this reason, we cannot always guarantee a check-in time of 3pm for last-minute bookings, especially where there is a departing guest.
