Walking distance to the beach which was stunning, and we had a great time modelling the glorious straw hat collection😊

Perfect place to celebrate grandfather’s bday with the kids and grandkids.

It was a breeze from picking up keys (with welcome gift!), getting into the property (with all the freshly cut flowers and herbs), finding the instructions for pool and all the equipment, board games and book collection, pool towels and toiletries and then just chilling in the pool. Self catering was a joy with all the serving ware your heart could wish for and really not too far from all the food places in Sorrento/Portsea (and even Rye) when you can’t be bothered cooking. Lovely walk through the bush to the cliffs overlooking the back beach. We had the best weekend and wish we could have stayed a little longer so we can squeeze more/longer walks in. Definitely a luxurious weekend away.

Great Property and Location

I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband, 2.5 YO son and friends also with a 3 YO. This is one of the best equipped houses I’ve stayed in- they had everything we needed to cook with and some nice little extras like fresh herbs. The house is modern and clean with a good layout. The only negative part of our experience was when. We called the property managers to say that the gas was empty and finding the new bottle was incredibly hard. We found them quite rude and quick to say it wasn’t their responsibility. It’s also quite hard getting in and out of the driveway but these are just minor things.

Property Amazing.. Agents not so much

They even returned our bond while we were still staying at the property! Lucky we didn’t damage the property.! I would definitely not be using them if i required an agency.

A Haven for the Entire Family

Sorrento is in gridlock during summer and there is no car park and we had to do it twice since the house was not ready at the agreed time. Admin staff need conflict resolution training as they kept interrupting me when I complained and said that traffic was not their fault...

Such gorgeous details thought the modern and stylish property and everything that we needed was included in the spacious home along with the amazing pool and heated spa and games room! The attention to detail is so luxe as the home is curated with such beautiful beach style & vibes. The staff at Beach House Rentals were so lovely, professional and friendly to deal with and booking online was so easy & convenient. Our family can’t speak highly enough about the property and the booking experience and the gift bag on arrival was such a lovely treat. Thank you so much & we can’t wait to come back!

Great place!

One of the beat times we have had on our trips to the region. We go often and this is a house we will be looking at again as it offers something for everyone. They dont come better than this

Relax and Unwind

We had a wonderful Stay. Everything was clean and tidy, beds comfy the pool and spa were fantastic. The kids loved the games room! It was the perfect place to come in and relax!

Great House

Very relaxing. I would have preferred not to pick up and drop off the keys from/to Sorrento (it adds extra time to the trip). Also not very easy parking for more than 1 car. Overall good place to relax
