Great Location! Great Stay!
The unit was in a great location to just park the car and walk to restaurants, bars, recreation and churches. The unit was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. There's an on-site parking lot just for these units, so no problem parking. Overall a great stay and I highly recommend.

Very convenient location
Great location for walking to shops and restaurants downtown. There was a pub and breakfast restaurant next door. It was convenient to grab breakfast and then drive 5 minutes to the beach. This place also had beach items (cart, chairs, etc) which was very helpful.

Maggie’s 1st Birthday
This place was wonderful! We were in a perfect location, within walking distance to some great eateries, music and shops. The area was gorgeous! Our condo was lovely and very clean! The beds slept great! We felt right at home the minute we stepped in. We hope to stay here going forward, when we are down to visit our daughter and family.

Historic Melbourne Gem
The condo was clean and well appointed. Its an amazing location to visit Historic Melbourne and a short drive to the beaches along the coast . I flew in for a concert and the location of the condo made it really easy to walk home.

Great location and experience
Great location and communication from the owner. Stayed with our 4 year old and 3 year old and couldn't have asked for a better situation! Highly recommend the Mansion and/or Chart house for a nice dinner.

Awesome
It was a perfect location. The parking was really good and the apartment was perfect for two people in particular. We love the shops and restaurants along New Haven Ave where we used to go when we lived in Orlando. The access to the beach is also really easy. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo was spotless! So comfortable and welcoming!! Nice porch off the living room. Had morning coffee and glass of wine at night. Quiet neighbors, and steps from great food and shopping!!

Home away from Home
Our second stay in this condo and we found it as good as the first time. It is a downtown location with some of the noise that goes with that - bars, traffic, etc. The location is perfect for walking to bars, restaurants and the Henegar Center for the Arts. Booking, checking in and all procedures are all easy and reasonable with this unit.

Best location ever, I always enjoy staying in Melbourne Historic district, close to bars, restaurants, and shopping! If you don’t enjoy hearing music in surrounding bars, then maybe this place is not for you, but I love it!

Historic Melbourne
This was my first time ever using VRBO and it was a wonderful experience. This is place is in the heart of Historic Melbourne. All of the reviews were spot on. You are right around the corner from an entire street of little shops, bars and restaurants. There are many other little shops for you to explore. I honestly love this little condo. It was beautiful and fully furnished. The home provides all the plates, silverware, towels, and other items. The one thing not many people mentioned was the little patio in the back. I spent every night sitting out there just enjoying some of the live music in the distance. I also had my school work that needed to be completed and it was perfect out there to get it done. The breeze that flows through there made it so enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable. This condo made it feel just like home. I can not say enough great things about this place and it’s location. I can’t wait to come back and will definitely be trying to stay here again. All I can say is Thank You to Kathy and Tony for providing this amazing little gem and being amazing host! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Melbourne look no further than the Tropical Haven Condo! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I came to Melbourne for our anniversary. The unit was clean and inviting. Also well stocked with all the essentials. It’s location was great for many different dinner options. Meg O’Malley’s, Irish pub and Hell n’ Blazes, micro brewery, we’re our favorites. Also close to the beach and great golfing near by. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who wants a low key getaway.

Used this location due to its closeness to the airport. 9 minute drive. Everything you need you can walk and get it. Beautiful home beautiful city! Clean orderly and homely. Will stay again next year definitely!!

Home Away From Home
Unit was very clean and neat. Fully equipped kitchen. Cupboards has some grocery items if wish to cook. Location close to everything. FIT and all shopping all within minutes. Historic downtown is only stroll away. Clean and well-maintained. Landlord was quick to respond to our inquiries. They also provided their phone number in case we had more concerns. We will definitely stay there each time we visit Melbourne.

A Nice Get Away
Clean and Perfectly located right in Downtown Historical Melbourne, 2 miles from the beach, and you are able to get anywhere in minutes. Located on the backside was Main Street Pub, awesome music was a total treat to this week long get away!

Great location, size and clean
We were in town visiting family and this place worked very well for our stay. It was clean, spacious and had everything! It was nice to be able to cook meals and bake cookies. It was nice to have beach towels to use. The closets and drawers were great too. The location allowed us to connect with family quickly in Palm Bay and it is steps away from a cute downtown to enjoy a meal and shop. I would definitely stay here again!

We came to town to visit friends, so we really just used this place for sleeping. It’s clean and comfortable. Great location. Great price. I highly recommend walking down to the mansion for dinner of lunch and the bar next door was really enjoyable as well. I recommend staying here.

Best VRBO I've stayed at and will return!
My family was blessed to spend our Thanksgiving in Melbourne! We loved being close to the water and close to two! We spent most of the time running out and about, but this condo was a great place to lay our heads! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sitting in the living room watching TV. I have already recommended it to friends and family, and plan to return the ext time I'm in town! The owners are so pleasant and were helpful any time we had questions! Check in and check out were both so easy!

Fantastic Place
This was my second extended stay at this property, and I've been thoroughly impressed with both the property and the owners (Tony and Kathleen) both times. Check-in and -out are painless, and Kathleen is very responsive in communications. As of August 2019, the noise from the construction nearby has subsided and is now more-or-less confined to regular business hours. The condo was clean upon arrival, and many necessities are stocked. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Melbourne, and I would absolutely stay again, myself.

The condo was well equipped and comfortable. My only complaint was the noise during the day and night. There is a large construction site adjacent to the condo and a pub behind condo with outdoor music at night.

A cozy place to retreat to between ball games
We stayed 7/20-7/27/2018 for my son to participate in the Select 30 baseball evaluations in Viera. Although we were away from home for a week, we never missed our beds because the two in this condo were so comfortable! It was a quaint, clean place to stay, and my son loved the WiFi. Tony and Kathleen were very accessible, which was much appreciated.

We have family in the area and visit regularly. We have stayed in other condos in the same building and love the location. This was our first time in this unit and after a small problem with getting the door code, we had a good stay. The unit was very clean and well-stocked. It is a downstairs apt and there was some general noise from upstairs such as them walking around and the toilets flushing, etc, nothing too bad during our stay. The beds were comfortable and everything in the apt functioned well.

What a Gem!!!
Absolutely Perfect!!! Apartment is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Beds are super comfortable and closets offer a space for everything packed. Location is perfect!!!
