Carport with parking for one car. (One of only 2 units, being the front house completely seperate from rear unit).

The home features an open plan lounge room, dining area & kitchen. Flat screen tv is provided.

Dishwasher, large fridge & second freezer in kitchen (no need to was dishes!). Large, modern kitchen with cooktop & stove, microwave. Aldi pod coffee machine (just bring your own Aldi coffee pods). Ample cutlery, saucepans, toaster,etc.

Small, seperate laundry with both a washing machine & clothes dryer. Linen cupboard with towels, etc.

Combined bath & toilet, with seperate shower. Recently refurbished.

There are 2 generous sized bedrooms, one queen bed & one double bed. Please bring your own bedding, sheets, doona & pillow cases. (Or this can be arranged for an additional $40 per bed). Towels provided

There is ducted gas heating in each room throughout the property which is easily operated. Also, an air-conditioning unit in the living area. Perfect for our changeable Peninsula weather.

Quiet, side street close to Boneo Rd. It's a 10 mins walk to the Rosebud shopping plaza (Port Phillip plaza), with supermarkets, eateries & a variety of shops. A 15 minute walk to the Rosebud Foreshore if you wish to leave the car at home.
