You’re also metres from restaurants, bars, cafes, Moonee Ponds Central Shopping Centre, Moonee Ponds Station and Moonee Valley Racecourse. The Melbourne CBD is a 25-minute train away.

The Neighborhood:
Located about seven kilometres north of the Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds is best-known for the picturesque Queens Park and regular racing events at Moonee Valley Racecourse. The suburb’s shopping and dining area is spread across Puckle Street, Hall Street and Homer Street, providing visitors with bars, alfresco cafes and multicultural restaurants. Its own little community, Moonee Ponds is also home to The Clocktower Centre performing arts theatre and Moonee Ponds Central Shopping Centre.

Moonee Ponds Station is 260 metres away and has regular trains to the Melbourne CBD in about 25 minutes. Great apartment but terrible place to pick up keys

The apartment was great. But had to pick up the keys 3.2km away from the apartment. When I tried to drop the keys off the place was closed. Got there at 8 and they don’t open the store until 9pm. If you don’t have a car or if you need to leave early don’t get this apartment because picking up and dropping off the keys would be a pain

I stayed for a work trip. The unit was in an ideal location for me to be able to walk to and from the office. The key collection process and check out process is not ideal for people traveling for work. The building has amazing facilities. If I was to return for a holiday this is a great option.

Avoid Staycomfy

Lovely apartment, nice view from the balcony. Unfortunately next door had a yappy dog, their balcony was the dogs toilet area, absolutely disgusting. Stay comfy cleaning service forgot to clean the floors, we had to do that ourselves. Cleaning is their weakest link. Then they request that the apartment is left clean at the end of the let, they expect payment from the customer for doing their job.

Horrible communication

Arrived to our fob key not working for the 3 day stay, being on the 20th floor having to walk 20 flights of stairs was not fun. Tried to talk to security and property/building managers with no or little response and ended up ruining our time in melbourne. After speaking with other tenants they said they had the same problem with other people who have stayed in our apartment, meaning the problem had been identified before and not solved.

PERFECT FOR US

The apartment is in a great location with supermarket and eateries nearby, had amazing views and was perfect for us ... compact and clean & had everything we needed. The carpark was secure, but could do with new/better signage. The key pick up was easy too, but if driving, i would suggest to park in KFC then walk to the shop. Thank you very much. We will definitely consider booking again.

Very difficult check in. Hard to find key. Also can’t access parking until have key. Need two sets of keys unless couple plans to be together constantly because lockbox is very far from apartment

The property was well above what I expected. Location could not be faulted. All services such as food, transport by tram, bus, and train was at the front door. Fantastic views over the area. Made you felt at home and wanted for nothing. Internet was the only problem making connections. Too many units all wanting internet at the same time. I would recommend any couple an excellent place to stay
