Champagne Decking Sorrento a few minutes walk to town and beaches

This family home has two separate living zones each with wall mounted HD TV's, 5 beautiful bedrooms and a huge deck overlooking the Sorrento skyline to entertain the best on. Just minutes walk to Main Street Sorrento and both Bay and Surf Beaches. The large kitchen is fitted with Smeg and Bosch appliances with a huge fridge freezer providing both an icemaker and chilled filtered water. The master bedroom comprises a Queen bed & en suite, bedroom 2 has two sets of bunks, one with a Queen bed below and single above and one with single bunks, whilst bedrooms 3 and 4 have Queen beds alongside the master bathroom. Downstairs bedroom 5 is a very large self contained bedroom with kitchenette, entered via downstairs external door and containing a queen bed and a sofa bed if required. In addition to the main bathroom and en suite upstairs there is a laundry, toilet and shower downstairs adjacent to the fifth bedroom. Continuous hot water system ensures everyone gets a hot shower, no matter how many of the four showers are used!

Sip complimentary champagne on the huge entertainment deck whilst you soak up the all day sunshine and enjoy a memorable sunset. Take a stroll to the nearby beaches whilst your partners play golf at one of the half a dozen golf courses a short drive away. This house is made to relax in but if a rainy day comes along don't worry there's a great library of books to choose from or watch a movie on Wall mounted TV's in one of the two separate living areas.

Doonas and pillows are provided but guest need to bring there own sheets, pillow covers and towels. These can be provided for an extra charge of $35 per Queen and $25 per single bed.

Four showers including hot outdoor shower plus bath and three toilets.

If "eating in" is your preference the house is an entertainers delight with a fully equipped open plan kitchen adjacent to the main living area or the outdoor stainless steel BBQ and decking adjacent to the second living area. In addition to the large deck there is undercover decking around three sides of the house making sure there is always outdoor shelter from the odd spring shower or the strong summer sun. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. On the other hand if a restful holiday is more your style then kick off your shoes, a complimentary champagne awaits a celebratory start. Then stroll down to the cafes, pubs and restaurants, only five minutes walk away!

The house was in a great position, walked to the beach and coffee shop just around the corner. The house was freshly painted and had good heating and plenty of room for our large group. We imagine staying in the summer months would be lovely with the decking and views.

We had 3 families stay at Steves fantastic, spacious, well equipped home. We were able to spread out, both inside and out on the deck. Litte touches like room sprays, books, dvds and lamps made it feel like a welcoming home. Easy walk for all into town, and a short stroll to beach made for a relaxing stress free holiday. Steve was very communicative and we will be returning! Highly recommend to family groups.

loved the house, great space for the family to get together in one house. plenty of space, facilities were great, plenty of wine glasses and even a coffee machine. Also had a smaller lounge that we played our guitars in and the deck was fantastic, especially when the sun went down. A great place for the extended family

We were 9 friends participating in Coastsrek. The property was very suitable for a big group and very centrally located. We enjoyed a few drinks on the deck in the beautiful Autumn sun!!

This property is in a fabulous location, close to main street and beaches. Plenty of space for large groups. However is in need of new mattresses as a minimum, as well as a good clean under furniture and wash of doona covers. Furniture is old and in need of replacement, could do with alot of TLC, both indoors and outdoors. Dodgy kitchen and bathroom cupbaord doors. We had to wash all dishes that we used. Dodgy floor boards and thin walls made it hard to sleep. We would have expected tea, coffee and sugar to be supplied, there was no sugar, some teabags and coffee that was very old and solid. Toilet paper only 3 thin rolls for 12 people didnt last. We did enjoy our weekend though, however would not return to this premises.
