Relax in the comfort of the open-plan living area, complete with a cozy corner suite lounge, wide-screen cable TV and DVD player, gas wall heater, split system heating and cooling, and plenty of games. The kitchen boasts an elevated natural bush outlook and is equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, and a solid timber family dining table. Direct access to the expansive rear deck makes BBQs and outdoor dining a breeze.

Ground Floor Bedroom: Queen size bed and built-in robes
Upstairs Bedrooms:
Bedroom with a double bed and electric fan
Bedroom with single bunks and a single bed, ideal for children, featuring a TV and split system heating and cooling
The family bathroom is located upstairs, while a second toilet is conveniently situated downstairs adjacent to the laundry.

Outdoor Living:
Enjoy the serene outdoor spaces with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the front veranda or rear deck. Walk less than 1km to the coastline national park, the general store at the beloved Number 16 ocean beach, or the quieter Dimmicks ocean beach. Undercover parking is provided for two cars.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
