Overall terrible experience at this property. Check in was confusing. The property was beyond unhygienic and dirty. There was dust everywhere, and we had to wipe down every room in the house with sanitation spray and disinfectant wipes. There was dog hair on the carpet, as well as red coloured hair. People I stayed with had hay fever and dust allergy and this was triggered due to the amount of dust and lack of hygiene of the place. When we tried to contact the owner MULTIPLE TIMES throughout the stay and before, not once did they answer and there was no option to leave a message. It was so cold during the night, and the ONLY heater in the place did not turn on, and when we tried to contact someone (MPHA), we were told they would speak to the owner and get back to us, and we never heard anything back. The TV would turn on and off every 5 minutes without any warning or reason (also contacted mpha about this, heard nothing back). More than anything, the most concerning thing was the security of the building. There was a security door that didn't lock from the outside. All the main locks of the building were rusty and we were worried that if we twisted too hard they would come right off. We headed to sleep with three chairs in front of the door, in case someone was able to break in because we had ZERO faith in the locks nor doors.
