2. Pet-Friendly Stays: We welcome pets with prior approval! The property features a fully fenced backyard for peace of mind. Standard pet policies apply.

3. Security Bond: A refundable $1,000 security bond is required for all stays and is promptly released following checkout inspection.

4. Guest Verification & Council Compliance: Upon booking, you will receive our standard digital guest verification form, including our mandatory No Party Policy. To secure your reservation, please complete and return this verification within 24 hours. All stays must comply with local council short-stay regulations.

5. Quiet Stay Policy: In accordance with Mornington Peninsula Shire Council guidelines, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting parties, events, schoolies, bucks, or hens gatherings.
