The Neighborhood:
Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated at the corner of Spencer & la Trobe St, opposite the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.

Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.

There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.

Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated opposite the Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.

Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.

Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.

Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.

Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just opposite the building in the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!

There is also a tram stop just outside on Spencer St.

Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.

If you drive we do have two FREE Parking spots for you.

If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.

Other Things to Note:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the key to you personally.

This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

Please do let us know before hand if you would like us to pre-make the sofa-bed prior to your arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
I only interact with guests via AirBnb, What'sApp, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant.

I will not be present at this property during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

The 2-BEDROOM apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.

If your preferred dates are available, please feel free to book 'em. If the dates that you're after are blocked, they are most likely taken.

"EASY-TO-FOLLOW" directions to the apartment unit will be provided once your booking is made.

Place was clean and good location but lots of details were disappointing: one aircon not working, no toilet paper supplies (had to buy our own), minimal hand towels, no tea towels, no face washers, no ironing board (ironed clothes on a bench), 1 key card between 5 people, balconies dirty with pigeon poo and cigarette butts so couldn't go outside, pigeons roost on balcony overnight, and only 1 dishwasher tablet supplied. These details make a difference to a comfortable stay.

The Property needs a bit of work done to it. Upstairs aircon didn’t work , 2 of the 4 chairs were broken unstable to sit on. Dryer was full of towels etc waiting to be folded poor look. All the linen was very creased from being in dryer for too long. Overall we were disappointed in this property.

The location of the property was absolutely fantastic, situated in a prime area that provided convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant city center or enjoy a leisurely walk in the nearby parks, everything was within easy reach. Moreover, the place had a comprehensive range of amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. From a fully-equipped kitchen to cozy and well-furnished bedrooms, I found everything I needed to feel right at home. However, what truly set this place apart was the exceptional host. Kelvin was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. His genuine care and attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its outstanding location, complete amenities, and the exceptional hospitality provided by the host.
