"Our experience at the Plantation House was one of the best ever, considering both B&Bs and hotels. The checkin was completetly uncomplicated, and Charles was the best host one can expect! He was always eager to give us tips on our experiences (specially regarding the wineries!). Also the breakfast was SUPERB! "Angela and Brad were awesome hosts! We spent 2 nights here during the Easter weekend. My wife and kids absolutely loved it! The barn converted house was clean and cozy. Magnificent views day and night. A lot of friendly farm animals and the Vuly playset kept kids entertained. Farm tour by the hosts was very informative and tractor ride was fun. We will be definitely coming back again for long weekends in near future! Highly recommend for family getaways!"

"My partner Jimmy and I stayed for 2 nights in Feb 2002, it was beautiful! Historic charm with modern amenities! You needn’t worry about a thing everything included for you to step right into and feel at home. Fresh local produce, bread, tea, jams yoghurt, juice, milk with breakfast basket. Woodfire, outdoor deck with stunning views, BBQ, we were visited by some friendly kookaburras which we could pet. "We were in Monbulk for a wedding and were lucky enough to stay for 2 nights at the Protea Room at Stonehaven Views, an incredible view to wake up to and to watch the sunset, whilst having the gardens to enjoy during the day. The room was cozy and warm, the snacks and delicious homemade chunky chocolate biscuits were amazing, as was the Sparkling!Kerryn and Yarnie were fabulous hosts, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Stonehaven Views, next time we are at Monbulk.
