Unit Layout

The "Rychenbach handi" is a 3-room apartment with a total area of 61 square meters. It features a comfortable and modern design. The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed that measures 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, as well as a dining table. This room also offers access to the balcony and terrace, and it is furnished with a flat-screen TV that provides international channels. Additionally, there is one room with a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with a bathroom/toilet. This room also has an exit leading to the balcony and terrace. The third room contains two beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, with access to the balcony and terrace.

The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The open kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine (extra capsules need to be purchased separately). There is also a separate shower/toilet room. The property features underfloor heating and parquet floors throughout. Guests can enjoy the balcony, which measures 21 square meters and offers a south-west facing position, or the terrace, which measures 24 square meters and also faces south-west.
