Ferienhaus "shiva" - Bauernhaus mit Charme

Unwind in our cozy, approximately 400-year-old farmhouse in the Sauerland region.

Up to 5 guests can relax here, enjoy nature, and leave the stresses of everyday life behind.
The “Shiva” house is a freestanding property in a sunny location with a fenced-in garden, a private terrace, and free private parking, plus a space for bicycles.
There is a covered outdoor area right next to the house, a grill, and patio furniture.

On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen with all the basic amenities (refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, stove, oven, cutlery, dishes), the living-dining area with a cozy TV nook, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. There is also a basement for storing supplies. The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor.

Location:
The small village of Spädinghausen is located in Valbert, a district of the town of Meinerzhagen, at the foot of the Ebbe Mountains in the southern Sauerland region. A supermarket, hair salon, doctor’s office, dentist’s office, bakery, and outdoor swimming pool are approximately 2 km away.
The Hanseatic city of Attendorn, one of the nearest larger cities, is only about 10 kilometers away.
Right next to Attendorn is Lake Bigge (Biggesee), adjacent to the Lister Dam. Attendorn is also home to the Attahöhle cave, which is well worth a visit. In the other direction, the town of Meinerzhagen is also only 10 kilometers away.

The surrounding area is very family-friendly.

In winter, the winter sports resort of Winterberg—just 80 km away—or the Olpe-Fahlenscheid ski area, 25 km away, beckon. In Hardenberg, about 3 km away, there is also a small ski slope with a lift. Additionally, there are groomed cross-country trails in the Ebbe Mountains.
