This three-room apartment on level -1 (with elevator) is composed of :

## Neighborhood

Our apartment is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the Rochebrune gondola and the Rochebrune French Ski School, making it an ideal choice for ski enthusiasts. In addition, it's just a 15-minute walk from the village center, offering easy access to Megève's restaurants, stores and other attractions. You'll also benefit from immediate proximity to covered and uncovered parking, ensuring safety and convenience for your travels. All stores, including ski rental and equipment stores, are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as are numerous bars and restaurants. A 6-minute walk will take you to the center of the village of Megève, where you'll be able to enjoy a wide range of winter and summer activities. You'll also find it easy to get around town and to the other gondolas, thanks to the free bus network. And in summer, you'll also find plenty to do in the resort: shopping, hiking, mountain biking... What's more, we recommend some of our local favorites: the "Le Nicolas" restaurant located in the Hôtel "Le Coin du Feu", as well as the prestigious 3-star "Flocon de Sel" restaurant.
