The apartment "Seeperle 1" has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a 47-inch LED TV, a modern kitchen (coffee maker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle , Cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, etc.), internet / wi-fi, underfloor heating, washer dryer, hair dryer as well as bed linen and towels.
Free parking for your car or Bicycles are available in front of the house and on a private parking space in the underground car park.
The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 3 persons. For the 3. Person would be a mobile guest bed available - ideal is an occupancy for 2 people.

The location is central with all amenities in close proximity. The historic old town of Meersburg with the New Castle and Meersburg Castle is about a 10-minute walk away. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the lake with its ferry system and the beautiful waterfront promenade. There are shopping opportunities in the form of Lidl, Edeka, Norma, Rewe, etc. and are also within walking distance or by car within a short time.

Please note that in the high season we rent our apartments usually only weekly from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. In low season, the minimum rental period of our apartments is 2 days and it can be traveled every day.
