Im a Colorado native and i was desperate to show my online friends the beauty of Colorado and this place was the perfect get away for The 7 of us. When we needed propane for grilling the property manager immediately provided us with what we needed and was very polite. "The coaching staff and our boys had a wonderful time while we stayed at the house! Very spacious and accommodating. The property management was very friendly, laid back, and made you feel like family! They even helped our team with travel recommendations for the following day so that we could make it our Soccer game on time. We loved it! "we had no TV and I missed hockey game I thought Property Manage should have been able to have comcast to come to property , was told that owner came by last day but no one told us untill we checked out also we were to take out trash dat we left we had 1 bag but 2cans were full which we put on street advising we would be gone inside was good but outside needs some attention"

"This house was just what the two of us needed for our stay in Craig to tour Yampa Valley Fiberworks, a woolen mill that is just north of town. We also got in some birding at the river in the afternoon. The house was clean and ideal for our visit--it is amazingly dog-friendly and that was very appreciated. The large grassy yard is fenced and there is also a smaller secure area that is pea gravel; dog beds and bowls are in the house. The kitchen is incredibly cute and well stocked with any utensil...

Tom is a great host with lots of local knowledge. Checking in and out was the easiest we've experienced in all our years using VRBO.
