Beautiful home in Pula

Attractive semi-detached villa in a fabulous location, just a few metres from the beach, but also convenient for Pula. Villa Bonelli is the right part of the property and has its own entrance and exclusive use of the pool. Villa Bonelli itself is divided into 2 apartments which are rented together. One is on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. Each has its own entrance. In total, Nelli has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers WLAN internet and parking spaces.



The apartment on the ground floor consists of an air-conditioned double bedroom, a sofa (sofa bed), TV, kitchenette and a bathroom. This apartment also has a pleasant terrace with a separate dining area.



The apartment on the upper floor has a double bedroom, bathroom (with washing machine), living room with kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster), TV and terrace. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom (2 single beds) with a private bathroom and balcony. Bed linen and towels are provided. A sofa bed for 1 person is available.



Outside there is a pretty garden and terrace, partly covered with stylish and comfortable seating. The magnificent private pool (20 m2 and a depth of 1.40 m), which is for the exclusive use of Villa Bonelli guests, is surrounded by terraces, sun loungers and armchairs. The villa and its grounds offer a marvellous sea view. To the side of the villa is a dining area with table and chairs. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor shower.this is a villa on the coast in Pjescana uvala, near Pula. Within a very short walking distance is a wide selection of excellent bars and restaurants. The beach is below the property where you can hire equipment for all water sports. There is free-to-use fitness equipment and a volleyball court on the beach. Public transport runs to the centre of Pula.



The Roman town of Pula and the charming village of Medulin are within easy reach. Medulin is considered one of the best seaside resorts in Istria.



You will find a wide selection of bars and restaurants in Medulin and Prementura, all famous for their fish dishes. Pula is also bursting with great restaurants, some of which can be found in the old town centre, which is full of Roman remains. The most famous Roman monument in Pula, the start and end point of any sightseeing tour, is the amphitheatre, commonly known as the Arena of Pula, where gladiator fights once took place. It was built in the 1st century AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian, the same time as the magnificent Colosseum in Rome. Today it is a venue for summer events - film festivals, opera seasons, equestrian festivals, concerts and theatre performances. The underground tunnels, once used by gladiators, now serve as an exhibition venue.



This part of Istria is not only rich in cultural monuments, but also in natural beauty. Cape Kamenjak is a nature park in the southernmost part of the Istrian peninsula, a 15-minute drive from Bonelli. You can spend a day in this beautiful nature park, exploring small bays and swimming in the crystal clear water.
