This superior villa for 20+1 persons has a lot to offer and is located in the centre of the typical little Istrian village of Pomer, in the Medulin bay, about 400 metres from the beach, the yacht harbour and the pine forests, and just a couple of kilometres from Medulin.
The villa is completely fenced. Pets are welcome. A children's playground is available.
The ground floor has a comfortable living room with a fireplace and access to the garden, a kitchen fully-equipped with professional appliances, providing a suitable place for preparing your own specialities, as well as two suites. Each of these has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and access to the terrace. On the first floor there are six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower, as well as a terrace. All the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. In the basement of the villa there is a taverna with a fireplace, pool table, table football, poker table and a common room. Here you will fnd additional sleeping possibilities. The house is adapted to the needs of the disabled. Wireless Internet access is available.
The house has a big outdoor pool and a surrounding sun deck, a fenced garden, a children’s playground and a table tennis table, a grill area and two gazebos with seating. The pool is heated by a solar lid. Parking spaces are available.
In the basement, Villa Vedorna has a rest and games room with billiards, table football and a poker table. Furniture to enjoy by the fireplace will make for a bigger experience.From the playroom you enter the wellness area where there is a jacuzzi, sauna, deck chairs, shower, dressing room and toilets.
In Pomer itself you can enjoy a wealth of gastronomy. About 100 - 800 metres from the house you can find a supermarket, fish and meat sellers, an ATM, post office, bank, car wash and petrol station. Medulin is a tourist destination with a sandy beach and a family park, which has a lot to offer children. Near Pomer, at the southernmost point of the peninsula, there is the Cape Kamenjak nature reserve, which you should definitely visit, to enjoy the clear sea and the unspoilt nature. Active holiday-makers can enjoy a range of trips and facilities, such as the surf & diving centre, hiring motorboats, quads, bicycles, motorbikes or buggies, a paintball field, tennis courts, basketball courts, football grounds and volleyball courts.
The special features of our region are wine roads and olive oil roads. There is an agricultural farm nearby and you can enjoy local fruits and vegetables. Our fishermen provide you with fresh fish every day or you can enjoy local food by visiting agritourisms.
Bicycle paths right next to the house, quad biking, windsurfing and horse riding will make your stay in nature adventurous.
Do not miss visiting our phenomena, fortresses and quarries. We definitely recommend the Amphitheater, Monvidal Fortress, Sveti Mihovil, Casoni Vecchi, Bitnica Ovine, Brioni Minor, Cave Romane and there is also the Stoja Fortress with a view of the Gulf of Pula and Italy. It is definitely worth visiting the Pula Tunnels, the Castle and the Archaeological Museum.
A favorite place for golfers is the Brijuni National Park, which can be reached by boat from the small fishing village of Fažane. In Brijuni, various animals (elephant, zebras, peacocks, goats, sheep,...), driving electric vehicles and bicycles, and viewing natural and created beauties will provide you with an unforgettable experience. Special importance is given to them by the museum of Josip Broz Tito and former Yugoslavia.
