Private apartment in Banjole
Apartment A1 is located in the villa MaVeRo 150 m from the sea. From the balcony of the apartment you have a view of the sea and the beach in Vinkuran bay. The apartment is 79 m2 and is located on the first floor. The apartment has air conditioning, heating radiator, wireless Internet access (included in the price). The apartment has a spacious hall leading to the kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen has a working area fully equipped: electric hob, two cooking gas, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee brewing for German tourists, express coffee for Italian tourists. Living area of the kitchen is equipped with 4 chairs and a large dining table. In this part you will find the TV with SAT on the wall. From the kitchen you can go out to the semicircular and covered terrace where table for four people is, where you can enjoy the outdoors. From the terrace you have a view of the beach, which is 150 meters from the villa.

The bathroom has a bath / shower, sink with mirror, bidet and toilet bowl. In the bathroom you will find the iron and ironing board, as well as the hair dryer. You can also wash your goods, in consultation with the owner and in the villa equipped with the washing machine. From the bathroom you come to the balcony, which is suitable for drying clothes. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160/200 cm in size), the dressing table, a sofa and a large wardrobe. The second room is furnished with two single beds (80/200 cm in size), wardrobe for clothes and satellite TV. From the room you can access the balcony overlooking the garden of the villa and the surrounding forest. Apartment is specially cleaned and disinfected with steam cleaner.

In the apartment you have everything you need for your stay: shampoos, cleaners for hygiene, toilet paper, bed linen (changed every 7 days), towels (three per person, changed every third day), tablecloths, tea towels, etc.
