The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a bright living room with dining area and satellite TV, as well as a small, well-equipped kitchen with cooker, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. From the private balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea – the perfect place to let the day end in a relaxed manner. WiFi, air conditioning and bed linen are of course available.



To the next beach is only about 500 metres, while the gently sloping sandy beach of Medulin, particularly suitable for children, is located around 1.5 kilometres away. Shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafés can be found after just a few minutes' walk, and you can easily reach the lively centre of Medulin on foot or by bicycle. Pula with its famous amphitheatre is also only a few minutes away by car.



The outdoor area of the house offers a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas as well as a garden where you can relax. A barbecue area is available, and a private parking space is located directly at the house. For small guests, there is even a children's playground in the garden. An airport transfer is possible by arrangement, for which additional fees may apply. Tourist tax and a one-time registration fee are also to be paid on site.
