The property was absolutely spotless, room was lovely and the food was incredible (would recommend the lamb shank - delicious!) "Great location right on the sea front. Lovely rooms and very comfy bed. The bedrooms and on suites appear to have all been recently renovated. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The only slight drawback is the parking - there isn't any. So, we had to risk parking on a random street away from the hotel. Also, the air vent for the kitchen extraction is like an aircraft engine blasting away right at the front of the building where the outdoor seating is."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Penrhos Park. The location is fantastic, with beautiful countryside and easy access to some of the best beaches and attractions in Ceredigion. The whole park had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and it was great having the leisure facilities available, especially the pool. It was also really convenient having everything on site while still being close enough to Aberystwyth and the coast. The surrounding area is beautiful and we particularly enjoyed exploring the...

"The infrastructure needs a reasonable amount of TLC but it’s a lovely place, with great staff, good beer, fabulous folk music on a Friday evening and a decent size car park. We e stayed many times before when visiting the Centre for Alternative Technology and will stay at the Wynnstay again soon"

"The room was clean and comfortable but we were in the top of the building so it wasn’t the best room available. Which we didn’t mind as we it was reasonable value and we booked last minute. However the people in the establishment were a little rowdy and we felt uncomfortable on the evening having our meal. The breakfast the following morning was unorganised with staff who didn’t know what to do and was definitely not worth the money."

"Staff were lively and helpful. Room was clean but the hotel is aging with ceiling plaster cracked and falling, hot water not working efficiently. Breakfast was great and free parking helpful."
