"The only problem we had was Expedia told us we could book in at 15.00hrs when the hotel didn't open it's doors till 17.00hrs. Not the hotel's fault and it didn't spoil our stay. The room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent, recommend the scrambled eggs."

"Our fourth stay at the Metropole in recent years.A privilege to stay in such a unique historic building,with yes a little patina around the edges.If you dont embrace the nostalgia then budget chain's are available.The staff here are so good,as is the breakfast and the pool and spa facility.A great location for roadtrips around mid Wales,and a huge car park."
"La chambre familiale était parfaite, même si nous n'avons pas eu la vue sur la mer. L'hôtel était calme et bien tenu, le personnel sympathique... Et on était à deux pas de la mer ! Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner, il vaut mieux réserver directement auprès de l'hôtel pour l'avoir compris avec la chambre. Le parking gratuit était très pratique."
