"Fabulous room ( Syfydrin ) facing the falls and the mountains. Bathroom was 'tight' but shower was excellent. We ate dinner at the hotel. Good atmosphere even mid-week in late September. Highly recommended esp if you are travelling in Mid Wales. The scenery close to this hotel is stunning."
"This hotel/guest house is mainly a wedding venue but can be booked for individual stays. I was on a business trip and just needed a bed before an early start. Breakfast is provided in a little hamper and had plenty of good quality fruit, bread, danish etc which suited me better than a cooked breakfast at eg 7am because I was up and out by 6am. There was no human to check in but codes were provided for the main door and a key box for the room. Everything was clean and tasteful and it worked...

"The Glengower was perfect for our two night stay in Aberystwyth.
Our room on the third floor provided a good night's sleep and was a good size, with a good bathroom. One thing to note is that there is no lift, so if that is an issue for you, you would be advised to go for a lower floor.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options.
We took advantage of the excellent evening meal from the bar, which we ate on the terrace at the front with a sea view, but which could have also been eaten...
