Pistol Peteā€™s Place is a second-floor tiny house dedicated to OSU fans. Enjoy your large private upper deck with spectacular views. Relax in the grain bin gazebo, grill burgers on the community grill, or explore our quaint town. We are located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, hiking trails and Bath Lake for swimming. Tiny house has Smart TV and WiFi. Join us at InnHabit, Medicine Parkā€™s gathering place!

InnHabit is a tiny house resort nestled in the small southwest Oklahoma town of Medicine Park. Our resort has 10 tiny houses arranged in sets of 2 tiny houses each, and coming soon 2 restaurants, a craft beer tap room, and 4 tiny shops. Other shops and restaurants are across the street and a very short walk down the street. We are in the heart of town, so expect lots of foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during events.

Guests that reserve Pistol Pete's Place will have their own second-floor landing deck with a bistro set, as well as an entire rooftop deck with additional seating. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds.

The InnHabit tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. Pistol Pete's Place is one of the second floor tiny houses, and it is the orange one located to the left of the gazebo if you enter from the front InnHabit arch, above Knees in the Breeze. It has a queen bed with a full sized trundle that pulls out from under the queen, as well as a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with shower stall.

InnHabit offers one reserved parking spot per tiny house. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including shops, restaurants, swimming, hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing. So park at InnHabit and explore our town on foot!

Note: You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time.

This property is very clean and conveniently located to explore Medicine Park. It is a fun place to stay with kids because you can walk around in the evening before bedtime. This is also close enough to hiking in the Wichita Mountains, which is why we stayed at this property. The host had good communication leading up to the stay, and made sure we all the information we needed for getting to the property and getting through self check-in.

Fun place to stay, excellent hosts, great location, and loved how artsy and fun the whole town was. Canā€™t wait to stay again, 5 minutes from great hiking and beautiful views. Canā€™t beat it!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Inhabit Inn. Itā€™s close to everything in Medicine Park and short drive into the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. Very relaxing weekend!

I loved how the rooms were setup and the balconies. The attached donut/coffee shop was great for when we got up to check out. The location was perfect short walk into town to visit the shops. I'll definitely stay again!

Our family had such a great weekend in the tiny house! We loved the rooftop balcony, that you could walk downtown for meals, and how close it is to the Witchita Mountains. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time at Innhabit. The hosts were fantastic and amazing at giving us information for the area. The little containers were so cozy and comfy. The beds were very comfortable. We will plan to come back can't wait until all the commercial stuff is open.

We enjoyed our stay in the Pistol Pete tiny house at Innhabit. We had our grands ages 7 & 10 and it was perfect. Our grand daughter said Medicine Park should be renamed ā€œtiny townā€ to match the house. Loved the rooftop seating!
