" Very basic with dorm room style furniture, futon instead of sofa. It felt more frat house than a comfortably get-away we're used to. We were hoping for something more comfortable, but we made due. We had to contact the owner for the key code because it wasn't sent ahead of time as stated in reservations. We used the kitchen to cook a couple of meals during our stay, but had to wash the dishes before we could use them because they had dried on food. Gross. The most enjoyable area of the...

"The place only had one window unit and it was very cold. Two space heaters were in the bedrooms but couldn’t keep up. Breakers tripped , the area with the second bathroom and side door was very cold. There was a gap around the outside door letting the cold in. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The living area couches were very uncomfortable you could feel the bars when you sit."

"We had a great little overnight getaway at Harper's Landing! The property is right next to the entrance of the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, so we were able to access hiking trails with ease. Tim and Sondra were very kind and welcoming hosts, and their sweet pups gave us a warm welcome too! The kitchen and rooms were well-stocked and the screen-in porch on the back side of the property was perfect for morning coffee. Highly recommend! "

"Very cute property!! The only we had personally were the stairs to the room. Very steep and we were 65-70 yrs in age. We did not attempt the rooftop. If we had know beforehand we would have searched for a bottom unit. Otherwise it bead very nice and efficient!! Within walking distance to downtown! I would recommend this place!"
