"The staff was exceptional and friendly. This is honestly in my top 5 stays for hotel stays with my family. The room was spacious, clean, the beds and pillows were super comfy. The pool was good and provided needed entertainment. The breakfast was exceptional! There was so many options that there was something for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs somewhere to stay."

"The check-in process was slow, with only one member of staff responsible for guests at the busiest time (4pm - 5:30). He was also trying to manage the incoming phone calls, all of which were parked but I didn't see him get back to anyone while he dealt with the three or four groups ahead of us and then the two or three after us. The room we had was well appointed, having a fridge, microwave and single serve coffee maker - all of which we didn't use. The bathroom was very spacious and equipped...
