"We loved this place! The amenities, the location between Winter Park and Grand Lake were perfect for us. The room itself was well kept and many great features—definitely exceeded our expectations."

"This was our second visit to this property. We love the location and space. It was very hot while we were there and the box fan broke one night. We let Sita know and she brought a new one the next day with easy communication."

"This was a great property just west of the main part of Estes Park and very close to one of the entrances to RMNP. Fall River flows directly in front of the property. The property is very quiet and because it’s not a large property, it wasn’t hard to find a parking spot. The unit itself was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to do any cooking. I would stay here again."

"There is no air conditioning. There is a broken swamp cooler and a window fan. When temperatures are cooler this would be a good place to stay. But it literally stayed 85 degrees until 4am and that was following the “cooling instruction to a tee. Could not sleep at all do to the hot temperatures."
