The Space:
Our loft-style apartments are designed to blend comfort, modern elegance, and local charm. Each unit features a private indoor jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. You'll also have a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own meals or enjoy a quiet breakfast in your space.

The interiors are warm and thoughtfully decorated, with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV to make you feel right at home. Some of the units also offer balconies with views of the neighborhood.

On the ground floor, you’ll find our All Day Café, where we serve a complimentary breakfast every morning from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. You can choose from three traditional Colombian dishes that showcase the flavors of our country — a great way to start your day.

Whether you’re visiting for work or pleasure, this is a space designed to inspire comfort and connection with the essence of Medellín.

Enjoy the lively nightlife with bars, nightclubs, and the best rooftops in the famous Zona Rosa, or unwind at one of the nearby cozy cafés. Our location also features a great selection of dining options and a charming spot for afternoon drinks, along with a small coworking area that will make your visit a memorable experience.

Additionally, you’ll be within walking distance of Parque Lleras, a lively meeting point where locals and tourists mingle, perfect for socializing and exploring. The area is filled with fashion boutiques, art galleries, and unique shops, offering plenty of options for shopping and experiencing the local culture.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:
