The estate is close to El Poblado’s most desirable areas while remaining peaceful, private, and residential. The return walk from Provenza and Lleras is uphill, so we recommend Uber or DiDi, usually just a few minutes away.



Getting Around:

Villa Bonita Estate is conveniently located for exploring Medellín while enjoying the privacy of a private residential setting.



Ride-hailing services such as Uber and DiDi are typically available within minutes. Private drivers, luxury transportation, and airport transfers can also be arranged in advance upon request for an additional fee.



For larger groups, we recommend coordinating transportation ahead of arrival to ensure a smooth check-in, airport transfer, dinner reservation, or group transfer.

This is a private residential estate designed for rest, privacy, and discreet hospitality.



Quiet Hours & Residential Etiquette



• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Not suitable for parties or loud events; DJs and professional sound systems are not permitted

• A decibel monitor in the pool area helps us preserve a serene atmosphere for guests and neighbors (sound levels only, no audio recording)

• Outdoor spaces are best enjoyed at a relaxed, conversational volume, in keeping with the estate’s serene atmosphere.

• The estate is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and guests are expected to respect the surrounding community



Guest Registration & Identification



• All guests and visitors must be registered in advance

• Valid ID will be requested upon arrival or entry

• Only registered guests and visitors approved in advance may enter the property.

• Minors must be registered and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian



Overnight Access Control



For guest privacy, security, and the peaceful operation of the estate, a discreet overnight access attendant is present from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM to verify registered guests and pre-approved visitors upon entry.



This protocol does not affect guest privacy inside the estate.



Property Notes



• Scheduled pool and garden maintenance may occur on fixed days and is performed discreetly without entering the villa

• Stairs are present throughout the estate; please consider mobility needs

• Crib and travel crib available upon request, with advance notice

• The property is located in a tropical environment, so occasional insects may be present



Legal & Safety Policy



Villa Bonita Estate maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal or inappropriate activity, including CSEC/ESCNNA (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents).

Payment note: For stays in Colombia, this platform does not process or charge your card. Payment is made directly to the host through a secure Wompi (Bancolombia) payment link that we will send you, accepting Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Full payment is due within 24 hours of booking; unpaid reservations will be cancelled. Tip: before paying, please let your bank know you'll be making an international payment to Colombia, as Colombian banks have extra security checks for foreign cards. For stays above USD 3,000, don't worry, we'll simply send you a few payment links so you can pay in separate parts. We're happy to help with anything along the way!
