Welcome to our lovely home nestled in the vibrant and beautiful city of Medellin. This home offers a perfect blend of modern comforts, urban charm and an ideal location for exploring and enjoying all that Medellin has to offer. With its open concept layout, contemporary artwork and multiple amenities, this condo is a home away from home for families, business travellers, and even digital nomads.
The space
A newly furnished condo with open concept dining, kitchen and living areas. Master bedroom features walk in closet, custom made bed, North American style mattress and ensuite with double sinks. Plenty of pillows, bedding and blankets for those cool Medellin evenings. The other two bedrooms also feature ensuites, and North American style mattresses.

Enjoy a Colombian coffee on the balcony with great views of the neighbourhood and surrounding mountains. The condo is a short walk to a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. Short walk or drive to grocery stores. Minutes drive to the restaurants in Las Palmas and Provenza. Short drive to Santa Fe mall, Oviedo mall and El Tesoro mall. You will be pleasantly surprised how close the condo is to Rio Negro International airport - only a 30 min drive through the Santa Elena tunnel! Finally, after your days of exploring Medellin, enjoy some self care time at a world class spa a few minutes walk from the condo.

Building has 24 hour security and features a large pool and kids wading pool, sauna, gym, squash court, basketball court and two kid playgrounds.

Reliable high speed wifi to allow for easy work or play connections (we work from this apartment!) The TV has access to major streaming platforms, however guests must use their own account. Cable TV is also available. Kitchen has all the basics and more, including kids cups and plates.The apartment boasts exceptionally tall ceilings for a condo and plenty of light from large windows throughout. The wall art is a salute to all the beauty Colombia has to offer!

This apartment complex is very family oriented and only allows monthly rentals. This is not the place for you if you are planning to have loud nightly parties or engage in prostitution, solicitation, drugs etc.
