• This is a 100% smoke-free, drug free property. Smoking and Drugs are strictly prohibited:
• Inside the home
• Front porch
• Back porch
• Yard / backyard
• Driveway
• Violation will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

🚫 Restricted Areas (Not Accessible to Guests)

For privacy reasons, the following areas are not included in guest access :
• Middle porch / Back porch
• Backyard. Restricted Outdoor Areas

To respect privacy and maintain neighborhood peace:
• ❌ No sitting, walking, or gathering on front or back porch
• ❌ No use of front yard or backyard
• ❌ No loud activities outdoors

This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

🚗 Parking
• Please park only in the driveway.
• Do not park on the street or block neighbors’ property.
- Two vehicle is included with your stay.
-After 2 vehicles each additional vehicle is $25 per stay and must be approved in advance.
- After approval a maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted to park in the driveway only. Any additional vehicles require prior approval from the host and may be subject to alternative parking arrangements.
Please also note that street parking is not allowed.
