"The staff and main building were excellent; however, I was in courtyard in an annex out of shot of lovely sales picture. It was an accessible needs room (I assume due to hotels.com booking) but no cheaper than direct booking. The tv was on a shelf at ceiling height so difficult to watch unless standing.
