"Very disgusted in the state of our room/ property. There were huge stains on the sofa in the common area. There were large holes 8-10” in the blinds from sun rot, stains on the ceiling and the room showed a lot of wear with nicks and gouges in the wood. "I was unsure if the hotel I booked it last minute for a concert. It was very reasonable so I went with an open mind a place to sleep. From the minute I walked in Chelsea greeted me with warm cookies and free water and early check in and room on the top floor! Truly outstanding experience! Loved the bar I could sit at and relax and close to concert! A great solo weekend away felt safe and comfortable!"
