"The house was lovely and well appointed. It was clean and we really only needed to bring food and beach towels for our stay. They even left us smores fixings. Our favorite part was the back deck that looked out over the water. It was nice to sit out there in the mornings, play games, and use the fire pit. "We stayed at this home for a weekend getaway. The property was well maintained and comfortable and the outside deck/yard are perfect for hosting BBQ and sitting around the fire. The marina and boat launch were convenient and just a few minutes away from the house which quick and easy lake access to launch the boat and get the lake days started! Our stay was excellent! Would recommend! "

"We had the best long weekend! The home was gorgeous and very very clean. It was decorated beautifully. It was stoked with all essentials. The hostess was so kind and so easy to communicate with. We rented a boat at Nick’s. We had a great day on the lake. We will definitely be back!"

"The property has about everything you need for a relaxing lake get away. We had an absolute blast with our kids and grandkids. There were 3 adult couples and 3 children. It slept everyone comfortably. I would definitely recommend this escape to anyone wanting a peaceful escape. "

"Terrific house! Minutes from Rough River Lake boat ramp and state park. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby also. well equipped kitchen and grill made cooking easy. There is a path that leads down to the water. No dock, but we were able to tie our boat up and leave overnight with no issues."

"We really enjoyed this house. The owners were very responsive and the area was quiet and relaxing. The house was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the essentials (and more) that we needed. It was well decorated and furniture was all very comfortable.
